Discrepancies / Concerns
When did he complete undergrad–year—why missing?
Ditto for CPD Chief Aaron Fate, who is as dumb as Fck as is his personal Bitch Claremont Mayor Ed Reece–total tiny fat boy trying to be popular in middle-age by sucking Cop Cock. Slirp it up Reece, Cum-a-long to the cops and give them money they don’t deserve.
What is this “terrorism” training degree he got at U.of.Phoenix?
What is his ADL training [on his resume]? Isn't just racial profiling training (as in how to do it?)
Which LASD Sheriff gang did he belong to [not listed]?
Why wasn’t a lie detector test part of the application process at Claremont colleges? Is it because CEO Stig likes to hire former Sheriff Gang members?
Hallinan’s bullshit “opinion” piece in the stupid non-peer reviewed cop journal serving the interest of cop propaganda. His publication -
Makes excuses like an Israeli for the cops getting caught on video–as if that hadn’t been going on the all along–but people–including me–were not always willing believe the police were so scandalous..they are organized crime—
He doesn’t even follow his own advice! Total Oinker bitch.

Lieutenant Hallinan, a 21-year law enforcement officer, began his career in Los Angeles in 1989. In 1994, he transferred to the Irvine Police Department.
As a police officer he has worked as a Field Training Officer, narcotics investigator, and was a member of the Honor Guard, Special Enforcement Team and the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) [aka psycho-bitch].
He promoted to Sergeant in 2005, and worked in Operations as a patrol supervisor and in the Investigations Bureau as a Detective Sergeant. As a Lieutenant,
Commander Hallinan has been the Support Services and Special Projects manager, Traffic manager and most recently the Lieutenant in charge of the Office of Professional Standards.

His wife Judge Stacey Wiese revoke bail because I complained about my public defender.
She also got physically removed from her own courtroom for REFUSING to wear a mask during Covid. However, in the courthouse holding tanks, the gentlemen were appreciative of the opportunity to see her beautiful blowjob lips before being bussed back to Apartheid County concentration camps! She has a tatoo on her back, and became a lawyer to help her delinquent boyfriend at the time according to her campaign website. I bet she gave great blowjobs! She might blow some brain cells into her dumbass husband's Chief BS-degree brain!
